Terms of Use

You must be 18 or older to use Revlo. The AI services that identify cars and make card art are offered only to adults. If you are under 18, please don't use Revlo.

Revlo is not offered in countries where our AI providers don't offer their services, and you may not use it from those places. Scanning and card art stop working there.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Revlo app on iPhone or Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under these Terms and the terms of the store you got it from (the App Store or Google Play).

You agree not to: copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app; use it to break the law or infringe others' rights; interfere with or abuse our systems (including automated or excessive requests); or try to defeat the app's authenticity checks, limits or anti-cheat.

We update Revlo often. Older versions of the app may stop scanning, developing or selling, and you may need to update to keep playing.

Revlo uses AI from Google and Meta to identify cars and to make card art from your photos. Card art is made by AI and carries a label in the image file saying so; don't remove that label or present the art as made by a person. When you use Revlo you also agree to follow those providers' usage policies (Google, Meta).

AI makes mistakes. Identifications, rarities, values and specifications may be wrong or unavailable, and the service may be interrupted. Revlo is for entertainment; don't rely on it as an authoritative source about any vehicle.

You keep ownership of the photos you take and the things you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, copy and display them as needed to run Revlo: to identify cars and make your cards, to back up your garage, and to show what you make public (your profile, garage, feed posts, comments, crews and Weekly Show entries) to other players. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other players already shared, content needed to resolve a report, and backups, which expire within 30 days.

You are responsible for what you capture and post, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

Revlo has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive players. You agree to:

• Photograph real cars only, out in the world. Photos of screens, printouts, posters, models or toy cars are refused by design.
• Respect people's privacy. Don't capture identifiable people or license plates, and don't photograph on private property without permission.
• Keep it clean. No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, sexual or violent content, illegal content, spam or scams, in handles, crew names, comments, messages or anything else you post.
• Be yourself. Don't impersonate anyone or share other people's personal information.
• Play fair. No cheating, bots, multiple accounts to farm rewards, bought or traded votes, or exploiting bugs.
• Drive safely. Never use Revlo while driving.

You can report players from inside the app (from their garage, comments or chat) and report Weekly Show cards, and you can block a player from their garage. We review reports, remove content that breaks these rules, and may refuse catches, reset rewards, or suspend or ban accounts that break them.

These are the official rules for the Weekly Car Show and for season prizes (leaderboards and crews).

• Sponsor: Revlo Industries, Inc. Apple and Google are not sponsors and are not involved in these competitions in any way.
• Who can take part: players 18 or older, where Revlo is offered. No purchase is necessary to enter, vote or win: catching is free, and film to develop a card can be earned through play (for example medals and completed sets), not only bought.
• Weekly Show: each show has a theme and runs for the time shown in the app. To enter, you need a claimed account and a developed card that fits the theme (Revlo decides the fit from its car catalog). Players vote in head-to-head matchups; votes are free, limited to 20 per day, and can't be bought. When the show closes, entries are ranked by their share of matchups won, adjusted for how often each was shown ((wins + 1) ÷ (matchups + 2)); entries that were never shown rank last, and ties go to the earlier entry. The top three win 5, 3 and 2 film.
• Seasons: when each season ends, the global leaderboard's top 100 win film — 36 for 1st, 24 for 2nd to 10th, 12 for 11th to 100th — and a trophy. City champions and the top three crews win trophies only.
• Prizes are film and trophies inside Revlo. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.
• We may disqualify entries or votes that break these Terms, and we may change, pause or cancel a show or season if something goes wrong. Our count is final.

Revlo is free to download and play. Some optional features are sold as in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by country; taxes may apply.

Film

Cards are developed — given their studio portrait — by spending film, sold as one-time rolls: 12 develops for $2.99, 24 for $4.99, or 36 for $5.99 (or the local price shown in your store). New collectors get a free first develop, and more film can be earned through play, prizes and the creator program. Film has no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and is not refunded for cards you choose not to develop. Purchased film never expires. Developing is optional: a card that is not developed is kept, scored and permanent like any other.

Revlo Pro (auto-renewing subscription)

Revlo Pro costs $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year (or the local price shown in your store). Pro adds a free roll of 36 develops every month, 25% bonus film on every roll you buy, a higher weekly catch allowance, the spec dossier on your cards, and the PRO mark. Pro's monthly develops reset each month and don't carry over. Members who joined under an earlier Pro plan keep those terms through the end of 2026 (on a yearly plan, through the end of the current term); changing plan or resubscribing moves them to the current terms.

Catching has a weekly allowance on both tiers, which keeps the service sustainable; most players never reach it. Film and catches are separate.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you chose.
• You can manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings or in Google Play › Subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Garage capacity

Your garage is unlimited on every tier, at no cost. Two one-time purchases previously sold extra garage capacity: Full Garage ($2.99) and +10 Slots ($4.99 per pack). Both are retired and no longer sold; if you bought either, it stays honored on your account.

Billing and refunds

Purchases are billed by Apple or Google and governed by their terms. Refunds are handled by them under their policies; we can't issue refunds for store purchases directly. If a film purchase is refunded, that much film is removed from your balance (or your whole balance, if it is smaller).

If you send us a video for film, the rules on playrevlo.com/creators apply too, including disclosing that your post is an ad (#ad). Approved recordings you send us may be posted by Revlo and used in ads.

Revlo, its name, logo, card designs and software are owned by us and protected by law. Your license to use the app does not transfer any of these rights. The cards in your collection are for your personal use. Car makers' names and models belong to their owners; Revlo is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revlo Industries, Inc., its officers (including Daniel Tapia) and its employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using Revlo at any time, and delete your account in the app (Account › DELETE ACCOUNT) or by emailing us. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or misuse the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) continue to apply.

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and let you know — for example in the app — before they take effect. Using Revlo after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
